Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved Pet Tags or custom QR Stickers) are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.
  3. Quality Assurance
    Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. In rare cases of quality issues, please contact us with photos and order details for review.
  4. Return Process
    To request a return, email us at support@tagmyinfo.com with your order number and issue details. We’ll guide you through the verification and pickup process.
  5. Condition of Returned Products
    Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  6. Refund Timeline
    Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  7. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or defective.
  8. Exchange Policy
    In cases where replacement is available, customers may opt for a new product instead of a refund.
  9. Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production/shipping hasn’t started. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
